What is Documentr?

Documentr replaces analog condition reports with a digital platform for museums, studios, and collections.

Conservators use the tablet app to document damage directly on high-resolution artwork images. Three paths: Solo, Offline, and Cloud. Solo and Cloud can sync; Cloud also has browser-based admin.

The platform is aligned with museum workflows — including Spectrum 5.0 — and designed for work without a network. Optional catalog forms for Spectrum Condition checking and EN 16095 can be taken over: Standard forms.
