Dashboard and reminders: see what is due
The web app now opens on a dashboard, and Documentr reminds you about due condition reports and the next condition check, in the app and by email if you like.
You no longer have to hunt for due dates in lists. Documentr shows what is coming up when you sign in and reminds you in time.
Highlights
- Dashboard as the start page: your reports, recently edited items, the condition distribution across the collection, and quick actions to create artworks and condition reports. Admins also see team activity and open sync conflicts.
- Reminders under the bell: 7 days and 1 day before the date, when overdue, and 30 days before the next condition check. If nobody is assigned, the team is reminded.
- Email your way: per category instantly, daily, weekly, or not at all, under Settings → Notifications. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- Due by is set directly in the condition report, in the web app and on iPad.

Who this is for
Everyone who works on condition reports with deadlines. Admins also get a Monday summary of all overdue items.
