Edit condition reports in place, verify archive PDFs online

Change every detail of a condition report directly in the report, without an edit dialog. Recipients of an archive PDF can verify it online.

Fewer clicks in the report, and an archive PDF whose authenticity anyone can check.

Highlights

  • Edit in place: change title, description, type, condition, priority, due date, and artwork in the report itself. Changes save automatically, with the status shown at the top. The “Edit metadata” button is gone.
  • Status as steps: see where the report stands. Finalizing is confirmed in a bar.
  • Form always open, with a counter of required fields still missing.
  • One PDF button for finalized reports: it downloads the archive PDF.
  • Verify archive PDFs: the PDF lists its archive ID and a verification address. There, anyone can check the file without an account; it is checked in the browser only and never uploaded.
  • The Classic PDF template shows your workspace name.

What changes

The conservation assessment is now recorded through the report’s forms.
