Standard forms (Spectrum & EN 16095)
Documentr is aligned with museum condition checking — including Spectrum 5.0 Condition checking and EN 16095. Catalog forms are optional: they are not created automatically. Take them over in the Cloud web app and bind them to a report type.
This is not a certification and not a full Spectrum implementation (21 procedures). It covers condition recording in the report.
Where do I take over a form?
In the web app: Settings → Forms → Standard form. Owners and admins can take over a template:
- Spectrum 5.0 — Condition checking — examination methods, treatment recommendation, next condition check, completeness, recommendations for handling, packing, display, and environment
- EN 16095 — Condition recording — recording place, temperature / relative humidity / lighting, condition by object part, previous interventions, recommendations
Then bind the form to a report type in the table. Exactly one form per report type.
Both standards
Spectrum and EN 16095 are two forms. Because only one form can be bound per report type, use two report types — or a custom combined form in the form editor.
After take-over
The taken-over form is a normal tenant form: edit fields, publish, fill it in on the report (web and iPad). Whether answers appear in the PDF depends on the PDF template.
Templates are not rolled out silently to existing workspaces. Forms you already took over stay as they are until you change them.
