Detail photos

Detail photos are bound to a damage location and document the state at capture time.

Before finalization you can add and remove detail photos in the mobile app and admin. On a phone in the web app, Camera takes a new shot and Gallery picks an existing photo on the device. “Choose from media library” means Documentr’s media library, not the phone gallery.

After finalization the condition report is read-only — including mapping, form values, and photos. Changes typically require a follow-up report / new version. Deleting a finalized report is not a content edit; it is an Owner/Admin exception — see Roles & permissions.
